Meet
Morgan.

My name is Morgan Munoz, and I have spent more than a decade behind the chair specializing in color, blonding, extensions, and healthy hair transformations.

I built Rise Above Beauty Lounge with the vision of creating something bigger than a traditional salon — a luxury beauty destination where clients feel confident, welcomed, and cared for, while also providing beauty professionals with an inspiring environment where they can build successful businesses of their own.

Like many small business owners, the journey hasn't always been easy. Rise Above was built through hard work, perseverance, and a genuine passion for helping people feel their best. Today, the salon is a reflection of that vision — a place where beauty, confidence, community, and growth come together.

Morgan has spent more than a decade behind the chair specializing in lived-in color, luxury extensions, dimensional blonding, and customized color that grows out beautifully while still feeling effortless and natural. She has a profound love for rich brunettes and creating hair that feels modern, luxe, and completely tailored to you. Outside of hair, she's a mom fueled by caffeine and a good 90s R&B playlist — big on real conversations, good energy, and making sure your appointment feels just as good as the final result.

Taya is a hair stylist and colorist specializing in blonding, dimensional color, balayage, and extensions. She's known for her signature Driftwood Blonde aesthetic: warm, sun-kissed, lived-in color that grows out beautifully and fits effortlessly into your lifestyle. Taya believes great hair is built on trust and intention, and she brings high-end expertise from the Denver hair industry straight to Colorado Springs.

Jenna is a Colorado Springs hairstylist specializing in lived-in color, blondes, and extensions — the stylist who will be straight with you about what your hair can actually do. She grew up in Orange County, spent three years living in Japan, and somehow ended up in Colorado Springs: still a beach girl at heart, but she's made peace with it.

When not behind the chair, Adrian enjoys trying new restaurants, shopping, gaming, and the latest reality TV drama.
